At Drop Mart City, we strive to provide authentic, collectible products with care and clarity. Due to the nature of our inventory, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final:
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under normal circumstances — including buyer's remorse, duplicate orders, or receiving a figure you already own.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an order leaves our facility, Drop Mart is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments.
All packages are shipped with tracking and are covered by USPS or UPS insurance. If your order is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS/UPS using your tracking number.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or issue that is not the result of mishandling by you or Drop Mart, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Due to the collectible and sealed nature of blind box items, we do not open or verify contents in advance — what you receive is randomized and authentic.
